A composition depicting the portrait of the Cypriot poet with semi-circular inscription, from left to right on the upper part, of the phrase «ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ ΛΙΠΕΡΤΗΣ ΠΟΙΗΤΗΣ 1866-1937». The coin's nominal value of €5 is also depicted.
