Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες: * Υποδοχή πελατών και παροχή βοήθειας για την επιλογή οχημάτων, κρατήσεις και συμβόλαια ενοικίασης. * Εξήγηση των όρων, προϋποθέσεων και πρόσθετων υπηρεσιών στους πελάτες. * Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας check-in και check-out, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ελέγχων οχημάτων και εγγράφων. * Διαχείριση ερωτήσεων και επίλυση προβλημάτων ή παραπόνων με επαγγελματισμό. * Διατήρηση ακριβών αρχείων συναλλαγών και έγκαιρη ενημέρωση του συστήματος ενοικίασης. * Βοήθεια στη διαχείριση του στόλου οχημάτων, διασφαλίζοντας τη διαθεσιμότητα και καθαριότητα των αυτοκινήτων. * Συνεργασία με συναδέλφους για την επίτευξη στόχων ικανοποίησης πελατών και εταιρικών επιδόσεων.
