Your Role:

The management team of the restaurant aims to maintain the standards of the chain, the excellent customer service as well as the smooth operation of the restaurant, guiding the team to achieve company’s goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operation of the business

Lead, manage, develop and motivate team to achieve highest possible standards

Ensure that incoming staff complies with company’s policies

Recruitment, training and development needs of the restaurant

Ensure high level of customer service according to brand standards

Maintaining high Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

Have some years of experience in a similar position

A well-organised, detail oriented individual and able to multi-task

Leadership skills & Customer service enthusiast

Able to work in a dynamic fast-pace environment

Ability to work and manage a large team

Excellent Greek and English language skills

Computer literate (Microsoft Suite)
