Wine and spirits operations director

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Wine & Spirits Operations Director.

Report to: founder Dmitriy Punin and/or Holding Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage our retail operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer service

Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory control and pricing strategies

Build and nurture vendor relationships to secure the best product offerings

Analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

More than 3 years of experience as an operations director in wine and spirits or similar sectors.

High organizational and managerial skills

Broad business outlook, creativity, and high communication skills

Activity, energy, critical thinking, leadership qualities

Knowledge of the structure of technological processes, accounting policy, pricing, and service standards

Knowledge of industry trends, innovations, and best practices

Experience with building effective CRMs is a huge advantage

Fluency in English and Russian
