Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly part-time Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.

Ensure consistent quality in every beverage served.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.

Provide excellent customer service, engaging positively with customers.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Assist with restocking supplies and inventory checks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred but not required (training provided).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Positive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
