Full training is provided, making this ideal for both entry-level candidates and those looking for seasonal work.Key Responsibilities:Check-in passengers, verify travel documents, and issue boarding passesHandle baggage drop-off, tagging, and fee assessmentsAssist unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and passengers requiring special assistanceOperate boarding gates and jetwaysMake announcements and provide accurate flight informationSupport arriving passengers with customs and onward travelAssist with rescheduling during disruptionsFollow all security and safety proceduresRequirements:Valid ID or passportOriginal police criminal record certificate from all countries lived in for more than 6 months over the past 5 years (not required if you were a student in that country)Proof of address (e.g. utility bill)Employment certificates or salary statements from Social Insurance for the past 5 yearsSchool leaving certificate and/or university/college certificate if applicableTraining and Schedule:Two weeks of full initial training providedMonthly rotating roster (shifts between 4 to 10 hours)Minimum two days off per week and one weekend off every five weeks20 days of annual leave (pro-rated for part-time employees)Pay and Benefits:Paid overtimePart-time: 1:1Full-time: 1.15x for shift extensions, 2x on public holidays plus additional time offTraining days are unpaid, but a training allowance is providedUnion deduction: 1%If you're ready to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused airport environment, we’d love to hear from you.
