We are looking for a strong Sales Account Manager for the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc.) to work closely with SmartInvest, an exciting online trading and financial services company that operates one of the most successful international trading communities. Our partner runs one of the largest trading communities in the world, with a strong focus on education. Their members include traders and investors of all experience levels, and the emphasis is on short-term trading education (fundamental analysis / market sentiment analysis). They collaborate with leading financial institutions, including CFD and crypto brokers. Our role is to support them with lead generation, client qualification, and retention. All client interactions are handled digitally, primarily through messaging platforms. Your responsibilities as a Sales Account Manager: 1. Effective onboarding of new clients as a Sales Representative / Community Advisor Managing leads and supporting new clients, especially with: a) Questions about deposits and funding b) Platform functionality and services c) Trading and market-related inquiries 2. Providing efficient and professional care for existing clients (you’ll manage your own client portfolio) 3. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements 4. Collaborating with key internal departments such as support, marketing, and product development 5. Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and product offering Required skills: - Experience in sales, online marketing, financial markets, or commercial roles - A degree or vocational training in finance, economics, or similar is preferred, but not required - Excellent command of German (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus - Strong communication skills - High interest in financial markets and trading - Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, or trading strategies is a plus – but not required.
