Responsibilities:
✅ Kitchen Management – overseeing daily operations, organizing the kitchen team, and assisting in hiring new staff
✅ Menu Creation – developing a la carte dishes and customized menus for special events (weddings, christenings, birthdays, corporate events)
✅ Food Cost Control – analyzing purchase prices and quantities for key ingredients
✅ Supplier Negotiations – securing the best quality products at optimal prices
✅ Cost Optimization & Benchmarking – reviewing supplier pricing and identifying potential savings without compromising quality
✅ Collaboration with management – providing reports, planning purchases, and optimizing kitchen expenses
Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef
🔹 Strong kitchen and team management skills
🔹 Excellent knowledge of Cypriot and international cuisine
🔹 Ability to negotiate with suppliers and analyze costs
🔹 Creativity and passion for cooking
🔹 Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations
