Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks across various sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
Supervise daily cleaning operations and manage a team of cleaning staff.
Lead and train cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.
Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide feedback to ensure consistent service.
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists.
Communicate effectively with management to report progress and any issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cleaning and cleaning management or supervision.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Strong leadership and training skills.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE
EU nationals only, as we are unable to provide visas.
