Bartender
Duties
- Oversee the setup, breakdown, and service of the workstation, following instructions from the Bar Manager
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when greeting and serving guests
- Possess knowledge of all food and beverage items, including their ingredients and preparation methods
- Follow consistent and correct service techniques for drinks and cocktail preparation in accordance with F&B standards
- Develop new cocktail recipes
- Attend daily or weekly departmental meetings as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus
