Smart vent

A Smart Vent, designed to operate automatically based on set Temperature and Humidity levels. Uses a brush-less motor to spin silently and without disturbing anyone. I designed it to use on my sailboat, so that there is constant air circulation at all hours of the day. I make these vents in my boat by hand for anyone who wants one.
The most important feature for me was the Humidity indication and control since it is important to keep it low especially when sleeping.
Can be used in Camper Vans, Caravans and anywhere else where temperature and humidity needs to be controlled.
The set is comprised of:
* Vent Controller
* Main Vent Assembly & Holder
* Vent Base
* Base Cover
Settings which can be controlled are:
* Temperature Level
* Humidity Level
* Maximum Fan Speed
The Vent will activate if either the set temperature or humidity are lower than the ones being sampled by the sensor. The Fan is dynamically controlled based on sensor margins and the speed is modulated based on how close to target values the sensor values are. Everything is controlled through a nice rotary knob which also acts as a button. All settings are saved even when the vent is Off. The OLED display is programmed to Dim and then turn Off until the knob is pressed again, so it doesn't use unnecessary power and does not bother anyone at night.
The Fan has a diameter of 90mm and the Outer Largest diameter of the whole assembly is 116mm. The controller operates within voltage ranges of 7v - 35v DC (Ideally was designed to operate with a 12v supply)
The Brown color blends well with most dark woods. The wood in the picture is Iroko (African, or Nigerian, teak)
