Charitable foundation lead/manager
We are seeking an organized and proactive Charitable Foundation Lead/Manager to oversee the operations of our Foundation, which supports educational and other learning activities for talented children and children in need, as well as other initiatives of the local community. This role involves managing donor and scholar records, facilitating communications, and ensuring the Foundation’s goals are met. The ideal candidate will reside in Cyprus, be fluent in English and Russian or Greek, and have the legal right to work in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:
Donor and Scholar Management
- Maintain up-to-date files of scholars and donors.
- Manage all documentation between donors, the Foundation, and the educational / learning services providers ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track and report on scholar progress and donor commitments.
- Communication and Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with donors to provide updates, express gratitude, and strengthen relationships.
- Liaise with the academic team to align scholar needs with donor support.
- Build and maintain connections with the local business community.
Community Initiatives
- Develop and manage programs that support local villages and broader community needs, aligning with the Foundation’s mission.
- Represent the Foundation in meetings with community leaders and stakeholders to promote initiatives.
Administration and Reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports for donors, board meetings, and other stakeholders to share progress and achievements.
- Oversee the Foundation’s operational processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the educational activities providers to align the Foundation’s activities with overall organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within a charitable foundation or nonprofit organization.
- Proven track record in donor relations, community outreach, or program management.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in Greek and English (Russian is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse communities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

- Must reside in Cyprus and have the legal right to work.
