Sales and rentals executive
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or rent and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Show properties to the clients, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns.
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution until the signing of the contract.
Execute any documentation needed for the onboarding of the property.
Requirements
Working experience in a similar role is an advantage.
High school leaving certificate. A university degree, preferably in a related to the Real Estate field is a plus.
Very good command of the English language.
Russian or Greek or Hebrew or Dutch or Polish language is an advantage.
