Junior finance officer

Since 2012 our client has been an industry-leading provider of high-quality turnkey solutions gaming platforms that can be fully tailored to fit all their customers’ needs. They offer full turnkey solutions for casinos and sports for the online gaming industry, including Operations, CRM, Gambling licenses, Platform, Player Management, Payment Processing, and Customer Care services, to help maximize the success of their clients’ turnkey solutions brands. They’re currently looking for a Junior Finance Officer to add to their team.

Job Responsibilities

Carry out bank, supplier and client account reconciliations;

Carry out reconciliations between back-office and Payment service providers;

Deal with customers and service providers in relation to payment issues;

Preparing every month revenue reports to be sent to partners and maintaining/updating the status of each partner;

Executing the necessary actions in the Back-office platform upon relevant training and guidance;

Other accounting related functions as required by the group and ad-hoc report preparations.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and verbal;

Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc) including formulas and formatting;

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage effectively, in an accurate manner, a lot of tasks running at the same time.

Accounting software program system (SAP software system) is considered an advantage;

Experience in a similar position/industry is considered an advantage;

Good accounting knowledge is a must.

Any experience in a platform-based company is considered as an advantage;

Ability to take thoughtful initiative, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
