We are looking for an experienced and proactive Public Relations Specialist for our office in Limassol, to manage the public relations efforts for our international payment solution and our cutting-edge crypto exchange platform.

The PR Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster trust, and establish both platforms as industry leaders in their respective sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored PR strategies platforms, addressing their unique markets and objectives.

Monitor industry trends in fintech, payments, and crypto to identify PR opportunities and craft timely responses.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets in fintech, payments, and crypto industries.

Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and editorials to ensure maximum visibility.

Cultivate strong connections with crypto communities, forums.

Act as the first point of contact for media inquiries.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content such as press releases, articles, case studies, and blog posts.

Develop storytelling initiatives to highlight customer success stories and company milestones.

Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all communication channels.

Measure the success of PR campaigns using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.

Provide insights and recommendations to refine PR strategies based on campaign performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within fintech, payment solutions, or cryptocurrency industries.

Proven track record in developing and managing successful PR campaigns.

Strong understanding of the payment solutions and cryptocurrency landscapes, including industry trends, regulations, and key stakeholders.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.

Experience in managing media relations, including established contacts in fintech, payments, and crypto media.

Knowledge of digital PR strategies, including leveraging social media platforms and online communities.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English. Russian language will be considered as a plus.

Experience working with international markets and managing multilingual PR campaigns will be considered an advance.

Familiarity with SEO practices and digital marketing trends will be considered an advance.
