Βοηθός κουζίνας

Ως Βοηθός Κουζίνας, θα υποστηρίζετε την ομάδα της κουζίνας στις καθημερινές προετοιμασίες και διαδικασίες, βοηθώντας στη δημιουργία γευμάτων και τη διατήρηση της καθαριότητας του χώρου. Θα συνεργάζεστε με το προσωπικό της κουζίνας για να διασφαλίσετε την ομαλή λειτουργία, τηρώντας τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.Καθήκοντα και Υποχρεώσεις:Προετοιμασία των υλικών για τα γεύματα (π.χ. πλύσιμο, κοπή λαχανικών, προετοιμασία κρεάτων).Βοήθεια στους μάγειρες κατά τη διαδικασία μαγειρέματος.Διατήρηση καθαριότητας στους πάγκους εργασίας, εξοπλισμού και της γενικής κουζίνας.Πλύσιμο πιάτων, σκευών και άλλου εξοπλισμού.Διασφάλιση της σωστής αποθήκευσης των υλικών σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες FIFO (First In, First Out).Συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.Βοήθεια στη διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων και στον έλεγχο προμηθειών.Εκτέλεση άλλων καθηκόντων που μπορεί να ανατεθούν από τον υπεύθυνο της κουζίνας.Απαιτήσεις:Γνώσεις & Δεξιότητες:Βασικές γνώσεις μαγειρέματος ή εμπειρία σε κουζίνα θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν.Γνώση και κατανόηση των διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.Ικανότητα γρήγορης εκμάθησης και προσαρμογής σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον.Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό.Χαρακτηριστικά Προσωπικότητας:Οργάνωση και υπευθυνότητα.Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.Ικανότητα να εργάζεται υπό πίεση.Εργατικός με θετική στάση.Επίπεδο Εμπειρίας:Προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως βοηθός κουζίνας ή σε παρόμοιο ρόλο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.Η θέση αυτή προσφέρει την ευκαιρία να εργαστείτε σε ένα περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς και να αποκτήσετε πολύτιμες δεξιότητες στην κουζίνα.
