Main tasks: • Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy. • Budgeting and control of budget execution. • Cash flow management, risk minimization. • Organization and control of accounting and tax reporting. • Optimization of taxation within the framework of current legislation. • Analysis of financial and economic activities and optimization of costs. • Interaction with banks, investors and other financial institutions. • Participation in the evaluation of investment projects and control of their profitability. Requirements: • Higher education (finance, economics, accounting or related fields). • Experience in a similar position from 5 years, preferably in the construction or development sector. • Knowledge of legislation in the field of taxation and accounting. • Strategic and analytical thinking skills. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. Company: Cyprus-based service company, a subsidiary of a publicly listed corporationRequirements:- Proficiency in 1C and standard office software.- 2–3 years of experience as an accountant.- Intermediate level of English.- Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, organizational abilities, and responsibility.- Experience in calculating payroll in Cyprus is essential.Responsibilities:- Recording transactions in 1C for the Cyprus entity.- Preparing trial balances and performing period-end closings on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.- Preparing corporate tax and VAT declarations.- Payroll processing.- Compiling various reports as requested.Work Conditions:Office-based role in Limassol, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Visa sponsorship may be available.Compensation package depends on the candidate's experience, but the position is at a junior/mid-level.If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!Important: Proficiency in Russian is mandatory for this position.This is an in-office role; remote work is not an option.
