Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Spa Manager to ensure smooth spa operations

• Providing high-level services, including participation in therapy planning and organization

• Promoting and selling spa services and products

• Achieving established performance goals

• Collaborating with the Spa Manager to guide and supervise the spa team while encouraging teamwork

• Adhering to company policies and procedures

• Maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or related field

• Proficiency in English language

• Proficiency in computer skills

• Familiarity with the wellness industry and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
