Accounting assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Monitoring bookkeeping and recording transactions in the various accounting systems.
Processing of the firm's accounts payable and management of all correspondence and inquires from suppliers.
Monitoring and analysing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
Establishing and maintaining fiscal fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Performing any other duty that might be asked by the supervisor.
Communicating with partners when clarifications are needed.
Required Qualifications:
Previous working experience in Accounting or similar position
LCCI Higher or similar qualification and/or Diploma/Degree in Accounting will be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
Strong computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
Personal integrity, confidentiality, and team spirit
