Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Secretary/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a vital role in handling customer inquiries, managing front office tasks, and supporting our team with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and assist with any in-person requests.

• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and maintain the office calendar.

• Data Entry & Documentation: List and update properties, update client records, maintain files, collect documents for accounting, and manage office documents.

• Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as filing, preparing documents, arranging appointments and managing supplies.

• Problem Resolution: Handle basic customer complaints, provide solutions, or escalate to appropriate departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or as a secretary is preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), organizational skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.

• Personality: Friendly, patient, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Starting gross salary 1200 eur
