We are seeking a Receptionist-PA to join our team! 🎊
This is a full-time position between the hours of 15:00-22:00 every day at our office in Limassol (Pareklisia).
Salary: 1,500-1,700€.

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in various administrative and operational tasks.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
You will Maintain and manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Manage the executive's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, travel and other events.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication (Fluent English in writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and calendar management tools.
