They are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused KYC Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to AML regulations and KYC procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough due diligence on all new and existing Clients, including identity verification and background checks.
Manage client account opening, closures and modifications.
Review and analyse client documentation for completeness and authenticity.
Perform ongoing monitoring of client accounts and transactions to identify suspicious activities.
Maintain accurate KYC records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Stay updated on relevant AML regulations and industry best practices.
Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of KYC policies and procedures.
Perform daily monetary routines including processing clients’ deposits and withdrawal requests, verification of payments ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
Taking initiative to identify, analyse and resolve questions regarding clients’ accounts.
Assist in maintaining smooth global operations of the team and actively participate in cross department collaboration.
Liaise with external payment processors and banks to handle transaction issues and disputes when needed.
Preparation of daily reconciliation reports.
Requirements
Degree or related qualification in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in KYC, compliance, or similar role within the financial services industry.
Familiarity with AML and CySEC regulations
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional language will be considered an advantage.

Eager to learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and company's trading platform.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with KYC/AML software and databases
Working Hours:
Willingness to do morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis Monday to Friday.
Flexible to work on weekends/Cyprus Public holidays on rotation.
Working Hours 08:00-16:00 & 15:00 – 23:00.
