TSOZNA Holdings Limited is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in
Larnaca.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day
administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and supporting
management with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to staff.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and operational.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and coordinate with external accounting firms.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
