Driver Administration Agent (Temporary Position)

Job Type: Part-Time (2-3 hours per day) | Temporary Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a group of drivers: Identify, interview, and onboard new drivers to ensure the team meets operational needs.

• Monitor performance metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver activity and performance.

• Prepare brief reports: Compile and submit short reports on driver performance and any relevant administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Basic understanding of data tracking and report preparation.

• Previous experience in recruitment or driver management is a plus.
