RECYCLED ALUMINIUM OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST ABOUT THE COMPANY ZEME Eco Fuels and Alloys Ltd has established a state-of-the-art facility for recycled aluminium processing, producing aluminium alloys in the form of ingots. Zeme uses energy-efficient induction furnaces, which allow it to address niche clients and market segments. The Company’s eco-friendly production facility, the first of its kind in Cyprus, is located in the Ypsonas Industrial Area in Limassol, Cyprus. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE Zeme Eco Fuels and Alloys Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to play a key part in our day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment that directly contributes to Zeme's success in sustainable aluminium production. You'll be a central point of contact within the office, providing comprehensive operational support and contributing to the success of our team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The specific duties as an Operations Support Specialist will include: Coordinate and streamline office activities, identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies. Manage meetings with staff, travel arrangements, appointments, and communication. Analyze data to optimize procurement decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities in material sourcing. Troubleshoot communication challenges and ensure smooth information flow within the organization. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to optimize workflows and provide support to internal teams. Oversee inventory control and manage the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production. SELECTION CRITERIA Minimum Proven experience in Operations or relevant role. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma; additional qualifications in Operations or Bookkeeping are a plus. REMUNERATION Basic gross salary €15,000-€20,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. 21 days annual leave, plus the usual bank/public holidays in the Republic of Cyprus.
