Responsibilities:
- Technical management of construction.
- Effective management of project implementation stages.
- Compliance with work deadlines.
- Interaction with regulatory authorities, contractors/subcontractors and the team.
- Control of compliance of construction works with the approved design and estimate documentation, building codes and regulations.
- Evaluation of current work and budget control.
- Monitoring and quality control of work at all stages of project implementation.
Requirements:
- Specialized construction education.
- Experience in technical supervision at construction sites.
- Confident user of AutoCad, MS Office, Excel.
- Timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks.
- Skills in working with large volumes of information.
- Sociability, initiative, responsibility and attentiveness.
