Positions:

1. Reservations Department Staff

2. Customer Service Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms

• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

• Managing bookings and updating reservation systems

• Assisting with any customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Necessary Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an extra advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service is preferred but not mandatory

• Proficiency in using reservation systems and other computer applications is a plus
