Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Juice Bar Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages to our customers. You will also engage with customers, provide excellent service, and maintain a clean and organized juice bar environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences.

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product recommendations and answering any inquiries they may have.

Ensure the juice bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Operate juice bar equipment such as blenders, juicers, and cash registers efficiently and safely.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.

Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.

Handle customer payments, operate the cash register, and provide accurate change.

Collaborate with team members to create new and innovative juice and smoothie recipes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a juice bar or a food and beverage establishment, is a plus.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.

Knowledge of different fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients used in juices and smoothies.

Ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
