Construction purchasing manager

Company Description:

Our construction company is engaged in the design and construction of residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team and help us ensure a stable supply of materials and equipment for our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Organization and control of acquisition of construction materials and equipment.

- Negotiating with suppliers, concluding contracts.

- Market analysis and search for new suppliers.

- Drawing up and monitoring the procurement budget.

- Maintaining reports and procurement documentation.

- Coordination of supplies and quality control of incoming materials.

- Closely collaboration with other company departments.

Requirements:

- Higher education in construction, economics or logistics.

- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.

- Knowledge of the construction materials and equipment market.

- Excellent negotiation and contracting skills.

- Ability to multitask.

- Responsibility, attention to detail.

- Basic accounting knowledge
