The Expedition 4 Militaire from Silva is the full-sized base plate compass for experienced navigators - used by NATO Forces around the world. The Expedition 4 is mainly used by the infantry as a soldier`s or officer`s compass.

Additional features of this military compass include measuring scales for positioning (GPS), graduated in mils and degrees (6400/360), magnifying glass and rubber feet for precision map work. The Silva Expedition 4 Militaire has a luminous compound that needs to be activated by daylight or flashlight etc and it will give light for up to 4 hours.
