The field, with an area of about 15,004m2, has an irregular shape and relatively even surface with a light downhill slope in different directions, and abuts to a registered road that leads to the Paphos – Limassol highway. The wider area consists of vacant parcels of land, fields and scattered ancillary units.
The asset has a distribution agreement in place and an application for division deposited at the Land Registry. The share for sale corresponds to 7,502 sqm.
