An experienced customer service staff member is required to deliver an excellent experience to individuals and a large variety of clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving a plan to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is in the e-commerce industry and requires experience of both call centre work and face-to-face operation.

Candidate will be placed in a busy environment and should be able to understand complex technical issues as well as being sympathetic and responsive to the needs of customers and clients alike. The staff member must be able to work both proactively and reactively and be able to deal with an ever changing workload. Dedication and the ability to speak fluent english is a must.
